⚠️ Women’s rights are STILL under attack in Europe! 🤯 Even in 2025, too many EU countries continue to restrict safe and accessible abortion, putting women’s health and lives at risk. This must end. ✊ On World Safe Access to Abortion Day, we call on the EU and all Member States to decriminalise abortion and protect and guarantee reproductive rights.

🇸🇰 Fundamental rights are under attack in Slovakia! The Slovak Parliament has passed a constitutional amendment that: ❌ Bans gender transition, erasing the lived experiences of trans people ❌ Denies rights to same-sex families, defining parents only as a man and a woman ❌ Undermines EU law and international human rights, allowing Slovakia to disregard its obligations This is a direct assault on liberal democracy, equality and European values. EQUAL PAY NOW! It’s International #EqualPayDay. A yearly reminder that:   Globally, women still earn 77 cents for every dollar men earn. In the EU, the gap is 13% 😱 🤰 Only 28% get paid maternity leave 💸 Nearly 65% of older women have no pension 😓 Women do 2.5× more unpaid care work on average   These aren’t just numbers, it is real injustice. How are liberals fighting back? Pushing for pay transparency, boosting women’s skills, ensuring affordable childcare and parental leave and empowering women to take their place where decisions are made.
