The next decade of software will be built by AI Agents. Microsoft knows it — and that’s why they just published a 12-part guide on how to build them. No paywalls. No upsells. Just free on YouTube. If you’ve been waiting to understand agents, this is the crash course! And it didn’t come from a random guru. It came from the company that will shape the standard. Save it, watch it, use it.

2024 was the year AI took over venture capital. AI funding jumped +62% YoY ($68B → $110B) Non-AI tech fell –12% ($258B → $227B) By 2025, AI already accounts for nearly half of all global venture funding. For us at Agentplace.io, this validates the core thesis we’ve been building on: 🔹 The future isn’t “AI + tech” 🔹 The future is AI-native tech That means: Apps where the model is the backend Dynamic UIs driven by reasoning No glue code, no “AI add-ons” This is why we’re here: to help founders and teams build AI-native products from day one. The bifurcation is real. Which side of it are you building on?

Last week a friend at a mid-sized company said: “We don’t have AI in our company yet.” I smiled. Because I knew that wasn’t true. Massachusetts Institute of Technology just confirmed it. While only 40% of companies have officially bought an #LLM subscription, 90% of employees are already using AI tools for work on their own. Personal ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney - paid with their own cards. Automating reports, drafting decks, analyzing data. That’s the shadow AI economy. It’s messy. It’s unofficial. And yet… it works. Shadow AI is a bridge - showing what actually works at scale long before enterprise dashboards catch up. If you’ve seen this inside your org, I’m collecting stories. Share one in the comments or DM. #AgenticWeb #AIInnovation

The real AI arms race isn’t about models. It’s about money. New data from Statista shows just how high the stakes are: → Amazon: $108B in 2025 (cloud dominance) → Microsoft: $88B (Azure + cloud infrastructure) → Alphabet Inc.: $85B (Google Cloud) → Meta: $72B (product-focused + "personal superintelligence") This is the foundation of everything: GPUs, datacenters, cloud capacity. Without it, there’s no GPT-5, no multimodal models, no “AI-native” future. Do you think this level of investment will centralize AI even further around Big Tech - or open the door for smaller players?
