Affinity Health Center is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center serving the healthcare needs of our community by providing access to high-quality, comprehensive care with compassion, dignity and respect. We have three locations throughout York County, South Carolina. Our main site in Rock Hill provides primary care for the entire family, specialty care referrals, HIV specialty care, hepatitis C treatment, onsite dental care, onsite pharmacy, mental health counseling, medication assistance, case management and support. Our locations in Clover and York focus on primary care.

    Affinity Health Center is seeking a Credentialing Specialist that will work under the supervision of the Revenue Cycle Manager to maximize medical billing revenue for the agency, through effective credentialing management, to support the general functions of the Revenue Cycle Department. This position will manage internal credentialing and privileging documentation to comply with requisite policies for applicable professional staff, including medical, dental, and behavioral health licensed or certified staff. This position will also maintain comprehensive notebooks, files, records, and a dashboard of credentialing statuses. The Credentialing Specialist is expected to assist the Revenue Cycle Team with claim support, good faith estimates, and answers patients’ questions regarding AHC’s billing structure, along with implementing projects as directed pertaining to billing.     The Facility Maintenance Technician (Part Time) is responsible for performing and monitoring highly diversified building maintenance duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain buildings and equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes. In addition, the Facilities Maintenance Technician (Part Time) participates in and monitors general housekeeping, landscaping, security and safety processes and programs. Performance of duties will be focused at the main site, with additional tasks performed as needed at satellite locations within York County. This position participates in Continuous Quality Improvement activities of the organization and the Performance Management System.     Affinity Health Center (AHC) is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) to support all functions of the organization’s billing and revenue cycle to maximize cash flow while maintaining and improving internal and external customer relations. In conjunction with AHC staff, the RCM will contribute to the day-to-day operations on all issues related to revenue cycle function, provide data and analysis, create written processes and train others in implementing a cross functional revenue cycle team. The RCM manages and monitors credentialing and contracting to ensure revenue maximization and participation and is responsible for the supervision of Billing and Coding Specialist(s) and Credentialing Specialist. The RCM participates in organization-wide Continuous Quality Improvement Program and the Performance Management System.
