Today, sustainability is about concrete and proactive actions the real estate has to implement, as soon as possible, to prevent and mitigate risks: regulatory changes, market dynamics, financing requirements, climate change resilience, carbon footprint and sustainability goals!”. Together with an alliance of companies led by Ness Proiect Europe, we took part in the public tender competition for the construction of a new building for several faculties in the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest. The new building aims to obtain a very well rated BREEAM Official certification.

On the 5th of November, Adrian Pop will moderate the panel on ”Sustainability in Real Estate: Investor and Developer Perspectives”, at the event organised by the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce and the Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce.

The sustainable refurbishment of 10-15 year old office buildings We congratulate Genesis Property for obtaining the BREEAM In-Use #Outstanding for both Part 1 (Asset Performance) and Part 2 (Management Performance) for the Building F in the #YUNITY Park. We are grateful for being part of this journey, in which BREEAM In-Use was indeed a useful tool for guiding the refurbishment of older office buildings into performant, efficient and healthy up to date buildings. This is just the first step, which gives us a confirmation and the necessary energy for aiming similar targets for all the buildings in #YUNITY Park and #West #Gate Business District.
