But we don't own the most important part of our computers and phones — the apps and data inside of them. Why can’t the notes we write in one app power reminders in another? Or the contacts we manage in our CRM feed directly into our invoicing tool? Because they were built by different people, with different agendas. Every update serves someone else — a business goal, a design trend, an internal deadline. But they never serve us. Companies ask for feedback they never implement.
