Abtex has (2) identically rebuilt Tri-Ten "Return to Operator" (RTO) Systems available for purchase. Originally built 2017/2018 , these systems are designed to deburr the top and bottom of machined or ground steel parts under a 6" diameter.    Each system has been completely stripped down to the frame and rebuilt by Abtex technicians. We’ve reconditioned or replaced all major moving components, including:    -Planetary Head -Main Conveyor -Transmission -Turnover Conveyor Assembly   Additionally, wear items such as bearings, seals, and belts have been replaced. The frame, doors, and planetary head castings have all been freshly powder-coated, giving the systems a like-new appearance.   Each rebuilt system, which includes a Prab bed filter unit—a 40% savings compared to the cost of a new system.   The first machine will be available in the 1st week of August. Abtex introduced the Bradex DD-8 aluminum single-end deburring unit for high mix, low volume saw cut end parts. This system is capable of processing parts ranging from 1" to 36" in length up to 2" tall. It's repeatable, consistent, and very economical.
