I worked in corporate America for many years and have extensive experience as a technology management consultant for several consulting firms including Accenture. I am the immediate past President of the Chicago Chapter of Women in Technology International an organization that has 55 chapters worldwide. As such my board consisted of volunteers. This helped to hone my leadership skills and I really love helping women to hone their leadeship skills as well.
One day I decided to work with people face to face so I made a career change and became a professional speaker. I also wrote a book called "Self-Creation: 10 Powerful Principles for Changing Your Life." which chronicles how I was able to transition successfully in 9 different careers. My first career was fashion model, then rock and roll singer (for 10 years. I was on the MCA label and my band shared the stage with the Beach Boys), later I was a technologist.
Today as an author, keynote speaker, entrepreneur, & women's advocate I help people improve their lives, and organizations to be more productive and effective.
I founded JAD Communications to help women on the Journey to Achievement of their Destiny and that company has been my focus for the last 8 years.
