NAND flash device manager at Numonyx (Intel & STM JV)
Singapore
I received an M.S. degree in materials engineering at San Jose State University where I learned and took courses in electronics materials. In my thesis project, I researched in sol-gel derived thin films for silicon solar cell since solar technology interested me greatly at that time. While I was doing my thesis project, I had started my professional career in the microelectronics industry at Silicon Valley since 1994. Prior to join STMicroelectronics(became Numonyx), I worked for Samsung Electronics as PI manager . I am currently working as a manager in device engineering for NAND flash technology development & transfer from Italy R&D site to Singapore manufacturing site.
