Yoni Stern is partner in SIT Ltd. and VP Business Development for SIT's North American business. He is also a senior facilitator of workshops for Strategy, Problem Solving, New Product Development, and Marketing Communications.
In his 8 years with SIT, Yoni has conducted innovation projects on 4 continents and with dozens of multinationals including BP, Disney, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Eastman Kodak, Kraft Foods, Nestlé, and Intel, as well as in leading global ad agencies (McCann-Erickson, BBDO, and others). He has published articles on innovation – and specifically the application of the SIT method – for Business Chemistry, Biotechnology, Paper and Adhesives, Food Technology, and Multi-Cultural Creativity. He has also been invited to speak at conferences for societies interested in innovation including ISPIM (International Society for Professional Innovation Managers), PSTC (Pressure Sensitive Tape Council), the PDMA (Product Development and Management Association), and many others. Guest lecturing in Universities worldwide, Yoni was recently appointed adjunct professor in Columbia University and co-taught the MBA course on Advertising, Branding, and Creativity.
Yoni holds a Bachelor's degree Magna Cum Laude in Psychology and Sociology from Yeshiva University in New York, where he grew up. His M.A. Magna Cum Laude in Social-Industrial/Organizational Psychology was earned in Bar Ilan University after he had moved to Israel.
