As VP of Worldwide Field Operations and co-founder of DataZen, Yale was a key leader and driver for the creation of a new breed of application software as a service (SaaS) for marketing executives and network planners inside telecommunications carriers in the US and the UK. This capability helped Teligent a leading CLEC open 42 markets in 18 months.
