FUJIFILM Medical Systems USA is a leading provider of medical imaging and information products for acquiring, processing, presenting, managing and storing diagnostic imaging. I am responsible for the International Technical Assistance Center, Technical Training Department, and Service Repair Shop for FUJIFILM Medical System USA. The team was grown from 4 dispatchers and four technical resources to an only technical driven support engineer team today. The team consists of 65 members who work a 24 X 7 central support operation for all products domestically and the Synapse PACS Product (Medical Informatics) internationally. Instituted innovative support programs to reduce equipment downtime and the use of remote active monitoring of key system components to proactively monitor PACS Systems to prevent failures and reduce customer down time in support of four 9 performance guarantee (99.99%). Employees are developed as subject matter experts to reduce service case time and customer system unavailability and dissatisfaction. All service requests are measured by an event based customer satisfaction survey post case close to ensure high customer satisfaction and prompt follow up to open customer perceived issues. The Technical Assistance Center is certified under the SCP Certification Program which represents a broad scope of business practices necessary to deliver the highest levels of quality service and support. Instituted KPI measurements to guide the Technical Assistance Center for improved continuous service delivery performance and cost reduction with improved productivity. Our Technical Training Program is certified under the IACET (International Association for Continuing Education Standards.

I was the service manager for the service operations in the Mid-Atlantic Region. This included all P&L responsibility with over 23 direct reports that included one supervisor, Installation Coordinator, and a technical specialist for our PACS offering. During my time in this position I developed a number of innovative programs that were adopted as best practices by the service department. During this period the team increased service agreement capture and sales as well as developed high levels of customer satisfaction. During my first year as the Regional Service Manger I was recognized as Regional Service Manager of the Year by corporate management.

Though new marketing programs was able to help guide service agreement sales of existing equipment as well as point of purchase orders to as high as 90% capture for several of the product offerings. In this role I also had responsibility for the back office operation in the dispatch and logistics operations.
