Senior Aerospace Systems Engineer with 7+ years experience.
Dallas/Fort Worth Area
A Mathematician by education, I've worked over the past 7 years as an Aerospace Systems Engineer. The crux of my experience is in performance analysis, algorithm development, mathematical modeling, and simulations. However, I also have experience leading field demonstrations, leading analysis teams, conducting trade studies, developing requirements (definition, allocation, and flow down), as well as interfacing with customers. I'm currently a lead analyst and systems engineer for two EO/IR system development efforts for a large defense contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. My current responsibilities include oversight of modeling, analysis of data, algorithm development for characterization of EO/IR sensor systems (Non-uniformity Correction, 3D Noise Analysis, NETD, SITF, MTF, MRT, Optics Distortion Correction), and leading field hardware demonstrations and data collections.
Applying rigorous mathematical treatment to any problem that would benefit from such treatment or analysis, mathematical modeling, simulations, performance analysis, sensor characterization
