We help Directors and Senior Managers to enhance trust with their teams for critical implementations. One client, a trade association, was advised by the Government that a new law would take effect in 15 months time. They needed to get all the relevant member companies to change their modus operandi, and IT systems all at the same time. It was not clear to the teams why this work was more important than the pressing activity their own businesses required, but for the trade association missing the deadline would mean a significant threat to their ability to influence future regulation. The trade association was unclear how to achieve what was required but together we helped to ensure that all the businesses made the change three months ahead of schedule.
