Having susessfully completed the transition and stabilised the service, I have been retained to complete a much smaller transition of the Employment Tribunals Service from an in-house support model to the larger MoJ's enterprise, outsourced and leveraged managed service model.

1. The installation of TfL's SAN infrastructure
2. Messaging upgrade
Spent the last year working with the CIO on the transition of TfL's managed service from one outsource provider to another. Over seeing the entire transition from procurement and vendor selection to transition and service stabilisation.
The contract value of the managed service was circa £15 Million
