 Responsible for all performance-related features of the Oracle Database. Worked on Oracle9i Database Release 2 and Oracle Database 10g and drove a 28% increase in product performance.
 Planned and oversaw execution of all published performance benchmarks at Oracle for Database, Application Server, SAP, PeopleSoft and Oracle Applications.
 Guided Oracle from a lagging position in Database and Application Server benchmarks to world records in TPC-C, TPC-H, ECPerf and SPECjAppServer benchmarks
 Keynote speaker at Oracle customer events
 Responsible for Oracles technology relationship with SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel and SAS with the goal of increasing usage of Oracle Database by customers of these ISVs.

- Wrote functional specification of Karient v 1.0n Presented Karient vision to early adopter customers and secured four development partners, including a Fortune 500 financial services firm
- Pitched Karient to the venture community and helped secure $3M in Series B funding
