I have extensive experience in Video Compression and Video Processing Algorithms from the simplest and the most complex - Video Standards, Pre-processing and Post-processing, Trans-coding, De-blocking, De-noising, Rate control, Color Space Management, Video scaling, Video camera Image processing pipeline for De-mosaicing, White Balance, Noise filtering, Tone Mapping, Object recognition and tracking, Panoramic Mosaicing, Multi-camera fusion, 3D metrology, face recognition, and High Dynamic Range Image and geometry processing for display devices.

I am equally fluent in Speech compression, Speech recognition, Speech enhancement, active noise control, high quality audio compression, Digital Sound Projector, Wave field Synthesis, Voice over IP, Audio conferencing, Speaker and microphone array processing.

My work has resulted in international standards and I have received the 1997 Lucent Patent award for my work at Bell Labs and subsequent inventions. I have published more than 50 technical papers in international journals including IEEE. I have worked and consulted with major Silicon Valley Semiconductor companies and startups specializing in software and hardware.
