I'm Victor Hugo Germano, brazilian, 26 years old. I've been working with agile pratices since 2003: TDD, XP and Scrum. I'm an huge defensor of 'Getting Real' way of doing software development, and a great foosball player (killing right hand).

Nowadays, i'm working in a Continuous Integration project for a multinacional brazilian company, integrating ant scripts with quality assurance tools like findbugs, emma, javancss, crap4j, sourcemonitor, junit, dbunit, hudson build server, NSIS and fit/fitnesse for acceptance tests and introducing agile concepts for developers and the rest of the company.

I'm an enthusiastic of web 2.0 technologies and its possibilities: social networking, collaboration and peering.
