Collaborated daily with account coordinators and production personnel, and/or directly with customers to establish customer needs and design the computer processes needed to ultimately produce personalized plastic cards, card mailers, and reports. Designed, developed, implemented, and maintained various computer programming processes and databases through which customer data was converted into machine-readable format. Machines included various types of datacard equipment and printers for personalizing and mailing plastic cards. Analyzed internal and customer job problems in the aforementioned computer processes to assess whether errors occurred in programming, machinery, or human capacity; determined how these errors could be corrected and/or avoided thereafter. Developed and maintained specialized billing processes: databases and reports for unique customer billing requests, and databases and reports for the internal use of department supervisors and human resources.
