I am very experienced in molecular and cell biology, as well as biochemistry and various techniques of fluorescence microscopy. I initially studied physics, where I acquired a critical and analytical way of thinking and good problem-solving skills, and then turned towards life sciences with a strong interest for projects linked to biomedical research.
I am looking for an employement which would allow me to follow these interests while deepening my understanding of human pathologies.
Technical skills:
molecular and cell biology (cloning, mutagenesis, mammalian cell culture and transfection)
biochemistry (Western blot, co-immunoprecipitation, protein purification)
fluorescence microscopy (protein labeling, confocal microscopy, single-molecule microscopy)
FACS analysis
calcium imaging
