Develop a comprehensive promotional plan to create a recognizable brand for and promoting secretariat's initiatives to key stakeholders both nationally and across the region and ensuring meaningful participation from members.
Identify different funding modalities through the mapping of donors’ strategic areas of interest, funds available, funding windows, requirements, guidelines and interest in creating sustainable funding for the secretariat.
Develop clear governance processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the various activities
Managing the administrative functions of the secretariat, including financial and administrative planning, proposals, reports, presentations and associated documents.
Develop appropriate content for social media platforms to promote and increase the visibility of the secretariat at national, regional and international levels.
Develop, sustain and implement relevant links and strategies for strengthening collaborative partnerships and networks with stakeholders, government agencies and other players to ensure implementation of programmes that enhance university industry community collaborations across the region in line with the secretariat's key objectives.
Keeping institutional members updated on industry and community engaged developments as well as respond to pertinent enquiries.
Organise, coordinate and implement secretariat's initiatives (capacity building workshops, forums, conferences, seminars, meetings etc), and overseeing all aspects related to the event management and logistics of these events.
Providing administrative oversight for support staff at AUN USR&S and ATNEU secretariat.

Responsible for maintaining the Facebook page content, Twitter updates and blogs on a daily basis

Contribute, participate and work closely with the business development team to come up with creative sales and marketing ideas on an ad hoc basis.
Maintain high quality standards of copywriting and quality control over all deliverables
Provide specialist support services and queries for international students, staff and academic visitors, international and local centres
Administer the Online system and maintain an efficient database for registrations/certifications and qualification system for all the centres in the region
Administer invoices, budgets and debt collection as instructed by London office accordingly
Develop & Maintain working relationships with higher Education Institutions (Public & Private), government representatives, public and private sectors and other external organizations in the Asia Pacific region
Plan, strategise, manage and execute the company’s corporate communication strategies to be in accordance with company wide objectives
Develop educational & training materials relevant to the qualifications to potential clients and multiple stakeholders
Write up speeches, reports, minutes of meetings, flyers, discussion paper, information documents and translation from English-Bahasa-English
Organise yearly seminars, trainings or conventions and conferences
Represent the regional office at signing ceremonies, functions, speeches on behalf of the Regional Director, locally and Internationally
Attend bi-annual International seminars to represent the Regional Office overseas
Achieving the sales target set for the region(South East Asia) by ensuring the centres under my wing attain the required number of recruitments/registrations set for them for the year.
Preparation of documents/qualifications for presentation & conferences and assist in monitoring the quality of Edexcel qualifications.
Conduct training/ad-hoc/preliminary inspections before a centre is approved to become an Edexcel centre .
Arrange quality visits and cultural activities for International External Verifier (foreigners from all over the world) visits (Quality Auditing/Monitoring)and liasing with the relevant bodies and authorities to ensure a smooth and successful visit.
