OFON Phase 2 - Total E&P Nigeria Limited (TEPNG)

The OFON field development is located within the Oil Mining Lease (OML) 102, 45 km of the southeastern coast of the Nigeria in approximately 40 meters water depth. The field, initially brought into production in 1997 is owned by the Joint Venture NNPC/TEPNG and is operated by Total E&P Nigeria Limited (TEPNG).

The key objectives of the Ofon Phase II project are:
To stop gas flaring on Ofon
To deliver gas to Bonny LNG plant via Amenam facilities
To increase production from current 50,000 bopd to about 100,000 bopd
To improve operating conditions by installing living quarters on site, resizing water injection, installing water treatment capacity, and providing gas-lift activation to existing and new wells

Williams Gulfstar 1 - Tubular Bells Project Transportation & Installation

The Gulfstar Floating Production Facility (FPS) is comprised of a Classic Spar Hull, with 568 ft overall length x 85 ft diameter x 508 ft draft, with a three level topside structure 6804 mT (7500 short tons), consisting of a main deck with integrated Living Quarters' Package, a production deck, and a cellar deck. The facility also includes a Flare Boom, Pedestal Crane, porches for future export risers, pull tubes for production SCRs from subsea satellite manifolds, I-tubes for ten umbilicals, and a mooring system comprised of nine taut leg mooring lines.

SKULD Project - PAU P29 Module

The transportation of the PAU P29 module on a standard North Sea 300ft x 90ft cargo barge from the fabrication yard in Haugesund to a transfer site where it will be lifted onto the deck of the S7000. The S7000 will then transit to the installation site where the S7000 will lift the PAU P29 module onto the Norne FPSO.
The Norne Field is situated 85 km to the North East of the Heidrun field and approximately 200km west of Sandnessjoen. The Norne FPSO is anchored with 12 anchors to a turret around which the FPSO weathervanes in a water depth of around 380m. The module has an NTE weight of 200t and dimensions of 23m x 4.5m x 10.5m.

LUNDIN Edvard Grieg Jacket Transportation and Installation(Link)

Edvard Grieg Launch Jacket with a dimension of 134m x 66m x 50m and weight of NTE 15,000t.
18 No. Jacket Piles dimension of 86.6m x Ø 96” and weight of 389t each.

The Edvard Grieg field is planned to be developed with a process and living quarter platform supported on a steel jacket substructure. Drilling of the production and injection wells will be performed by a jack-up rig. Produced rich gas is planned exported via pipeline to the SAGE terminal and stabilised oil via pipeline to Grane. The water depth at platform location is 109m relative to MSL. Saipem have been awarded the Marine Installation contract for jacket and topsides.

Talisman Energy UK Ltd. - Montrose BLP Project

Talisman intends to develop both fields as subsea tiebacks to a new Bridge Linked
Platform (BLP) to be installed adjacent to the existing Montrose Alpha platform and this is
collectively described as the Montrose BLP Project. Oil will be exported to FPS via the
existing export riser on Montrose. Gas will be exported to CATS through the existing gas
export pipeline via a new riser on the BLP. Production start-up is anticipated in Q4 2015.
Saipem Ltd has been awarded the Transportation and Installation contract for the
Montrose BLP development by Talisman.
The Montrose BLP development comprises the following new platform components:
BLP Platform - (Jacket, Piles, Topsides, Bridge and Flare)

Saipem will use the SSCV S7000 to perform the heavy-lift work, operating on DP mode.
The installation will be split over 2 years, with the following being installed in 2014:

GDF Exploration Diving & Infield Installation Cygnus

The spoolpieces have been designed by Genesis, and will be fabricated by Isleburn at their
fabrication yard in Invergordon, Scotland. The spoolpieces will be loaded out by the Fabricator on
to a Contractor supplied transport vessel that will take the spoolpiece to the S7000 in Stavanger,
Norway. Where the spoolpieces will be transferred to the S7000 and transported to the Cygnus
field and wet parked in preparation for a DSV to perform the final tie.
The spoolpieces that are to be wet parked by the S7000 have their characteristics summarised in
the below two tables:
The first 7No. spoolpieces are to be wet stored close to the SSIV in the Cygnus field, and the
following 6No. spoolpieces are to be wet stored close to the WYE Manifold.
