Contributed mainly to the creation of a high-end 255 unit apartment building in the rapidly developing Columbia Heights neighborhood, aiming for LEED Gold certification. Responsibilities included unit design, drawing details and elevations, creating schedules, energy calculations, coordinating with engineers, and set organization.
