Security Management and Personnel Consultant
Greater Seattle Area
I have over 22 years of training and experience in physical security and protective services management and staffing, along with voluntary and paid law enforcement.
My training and exposure is extensive, from Fortune 100 corporate security to the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Reserve System. I also have extensive experience in emergency management, disaster response and recovery, business continuity, and nearly two decades of contract security management, recruiting and critical infrastructure protection experience in the energy sector.
I have succesfully consulted too and managed several start up and fledgling private security companies, guiding them to profitability and market domination through persistent customer service improvements, cost containment, marketing, training and hiring process improvements.
I am a proven profiteer, with P/L experience in a mult-million dollar regional management position in private security. My expertise includes cost containment and growth management experience. I have turned a non-profitable division around and made money within one quarter, while dramatically cutting operating costs and increasing overall efficiency while experiencing sustained growth.
My desire is to bring this host of experience to bear in a relavent position where I can continue serving as an example of how security operations can be both effective and efficient in any organizational setting.
I specialize in staffing and management of critical infrastructure protection, FEMA disaster response and recovery security, executive and dignitary protection, Homeland Security initiatives, high risk physical, bank & ATM security, government facilities and interdiction projects in section 8 housing.
I maintain a database of several hundred security, force protection, executive and diplomatic protection operators. Our team has the ability to staff any project, any time, any where.
