I set up Cranfield Business Recovery Limited in January 2002 to provide an independent specialist insolvency practice, advising companies and individuals in financial difficulty.
Originally based in Warwick, we have established ourselves within the region’s business community and have grown year-on year. We relocated to Coventry City centre in 2006.
Typically, we work with accountants, solicitors, bankers and asset based lenders. These front line advisers are the first to spot when a business is starting to get into difficulties and can call upon us to access a range of business reconstruction and insolvency procedures including Company Voluntary Arrangements, Administrations, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations and Members’ Voluntary Liquidations. We help advisers and their clients to identify the best way forward in what are difficult and stressful circumstances.
We have strong professional relationships with many of the influential local professional firms and companies in the Coventry and Warwickshire area and we are continually looking to strengthen our existing relationships and to forge new relationships.
