March 2009 — Present (9 months)
I am teaching a graduate seminar on Information Security Risk Management course in Networking, Security, System Administration Department.
(Public Company; XRX; Information Technology and Services industry)
May 2005 — Present (4 years 7 months)
I am currently working on the emerging collaborationtechnologies for next generation service offerings, including 3D virtual collaborations, social media, interaction design. I also led several research projects (including members from Xerox India) in developing innovative ideas and advanced technology prototypes in value-based pricing for document services, knowledge-based workflow tools and services, product dashboard, leading Key Performance Indicator learning and discovery, emerging frontiers in services sciences. I have served as Industry Chair, Special Session Chair, and International Program Committee Member, in various IEEE prestigious conferences and also as Guest Journal Editor and several IEEE Transaction Journal Review boards.
