My services include interim executive leadership, strategic planning, project management, organizational development, operations management, website development and customized market research.
My current client engagements include serving as the Executive Director of the Scarlett Family Foundation, strategic planning for The Human Capital Group, Inc., and special project management for The Scarlett Leadership Institute at Belmont University.

In June of 2003, I became the leader of the newly created Supply Chain Management team; responsible for all aspects of managing $500m in inventory. My charge was to develop the Supply Chain strategy, structure, job descriptions, and incentive programs programs for centralizing and aligning replenishment.
The objective of Supply Chain at Tractor Supply was to maximize inventory productivity by improving store and distribution center 'in stock's' while enhancing the effeciencies of the buying, distribution and transportation teams.

Responsible for developing and executing the strategic business plans for 23 departments; contributing $700m, or 48% of the total company sales volume in 2003. This included developing and achieving the sales, gross margin, inventory, and inventory turnover and return on investment plans to support the corporate strategic business plan.
In this role I led a team of 16 individuals consisting of Buyers, Assistant Buyers, and Merchandise Administrators

Began my career at Tractor Supply Company as an Assistant Buyer, and was promoted to Buyer in 1995. As a buyer I was responsible for managing the Merchandising and Marketing functions for 6 departments. This included developing a comprehensive, strategic business plan aimed at increasing market share, while achieving budgeted plans for sales, gross margin and inventory.
In this role I successfully developed and launched private lable brands in Livestock Feed, Equestrian Products, Pet Supplies, and Men's Apparel. Twice earning the Buyer of the Year award in 1997 and 1998.
