Tom Kudirka's Summary
I am an entrepreneur at heart, with a passion for business. I have a talent for taking a project from the concept stage and evolving it to a profitable business.
Over my career I've started six companies from scratch. Each one was first “an idea”. One such company was 2015 Games which was started in 1997 with no office, no employees, no contract, nothing. I assembled a team of talented, yet inexperienced, game developers mostly from the Mod community and worked our way up to developing Medal of Honor: Allied Assault for Electronic Arts. MoHAA was greeted with critical acclaim and commercial success.
Many of the team members from 2015 went on to form Infinity Ward who, after being acquired by Activision, developed the Call of Duty/Modern Warfare series, one of the most successful video game franchises of all time.
I enjoy building teams, planning out what needs to be done and executing that plan.
