I have been in the IT business for my entire career. I work for Byrne Software Technologies in Chesterfield doing technical IT recruiting, account management and sales.
I did a lot of programming and IT management for the first half of my career then moved into the IT placement and staffing business. I have been working at Byrne Software since 2006.
Byrne Software has a large internal development staff that specializes in developing web-based and Windows applications using Microsoft technologies like .net, SQL Server and SharePoint. We are often looking for additions to this internal staff of 60 people.
We also look for candidates for our clients for staff augmentation positions and perm placements (direct hires).
Byrne Software is unique in the St. Louis IT marketplace in that most of our employees work from our Chesterfield office every day. We develop applications for clients from our office and are able to staff a project from start to finish including project managers, business analysts, graphic designers, developers and testers. We are a Microsoft partner.
The average tenure of our employees is over 10 years.
