    Multidimensional role as a Project Manager with systems analyst and programming roles in the Real Estate Lending division (REL) on the mortgage servicing application system CitiLink. My job includes working directly with business and franchise to develop, implement and install enhancements to the CitiLink package. I work with local IT staff and manage offshore programming groups.

    While much of Citicorp has gotten smaller, the CitiLink servicing system has grown from 3.5mil to 6mil loans to service. Moving from 5th largest mortgage servicer to number 3. An extremely efficient, low cost per loan system.

    I worked for many years as an independent contract programmer beginning with working in South Bend IN, for MortgageServ (formerly DataLink). I worked a couple jobs for Resolution Trust in Chicago and Cincinnati. For 5yrs I worked at Credit System through its acquisition by First Data Resources (FDR). During the acquisition I was allowed to also work on contract at Boatmen’s Trust. After FDR, I worked telecommuting from my home for MortgageServ for the next 5yrs. I also supplied other contract programmers for MortgageServ, and other St. Louis companies. Also worked part time for Boatmen’s Trust during it’s acquisition by Nations Bank and again during the Bank of America acquisition. In 2000 I worked 2yrs on contract for the investment company Edward Jones. Back to working for MortgageServ for 2yrs. Then in 2003 I went to Irvine California to work as a contract business analyst for Balboa Insurance for the next two years.
