Tim & Ryan O'Neill, nationally known recording artists from New
Prague, MN, have released 30 albums of piano music in their relaxing,
signature style.
To date, The O’Neill Brothers have sold almost two million CDs. Tim
and Ryan perform extensively across the country, having played for
several governors, as well as President George H.W. Bush in recent
years. They have provided music for NBC, ESPN, PBS, and HBO
television, and regularly perform live on QVC television. Their most
recent PBS concert special, “Piano for Someone You Love,” was
nominated for an Emmy award, and several of their CDs have hit the
Billboard charts.
The O'Neill Brothers have played the piano since
elementary school, but found the appeal of two brothers
playing on two pianos while attending the University of
Notre Dame. After college, they launched their careers by
recording CDs of both familiar songs and original
melodies, and selling them at performances and in stores
nationwide. In 1997, they started their own independent
record label, Shamrock-n-Roll, Inc.
Critics and fans agree that Tim and Ryan O'Neill bring a
“refreshing style to piano music” and love the "enthusiasm
and charming character" of the two brothers in concert.
Publications such as the Los Angeles Times, Newsday,
Minneapolis Star Tribune, Southern Bride, Parenting
magazine, and Mpls./St. Paul magazine
concur, describing the O'Neill Brothers'
music as “reflective, soothing, soulful, and stimulating” and rave about their
“keyboard artistry.”
Their enthusiastic fans have made successes of the O’Neill Brothers’ albums,
including collections of holiday favorites, Irish songs, classic and original love
songs, lullabies, religious melodies, movie themes, Broadway show tunes, wedding
songs, familiar inspirational songs, and patriotic music.
