  I worked for the Communication Technology Laboratory under Dr. Carrie Heeter. The project I worked on was titled "Girls as Designers of Learning Games". This project was funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation. I was responsible for heading up the audio team which developed the soundtrack for our educational game demos. I was also responsible for administering surveys to 5th through 8th grade students at Michigan schools to determine the effectiveness of our educational game demos. When the surveys were complete I also was responsible for entering the data for analysis.

Tim O'Brien’s Interests:

I am an independent documentary filmmaker and am currently working on my second documentary which is focused on the sexualization of children. This project is very massive and will take between one and two years to complete.
