At Real Software I started out as an analyst/designer and have since worked myself through several different careers with the same employer:
- Project Manager/Consultant managing both implementation and development projects for companies ranging from SMBs to large multinationals in all kinds of market verticals
- Competence Center manager for the Lotus products competence center (17 people)
- Key Account Program Manager with one of our largest accounts at that time, overseeing the daily operations of 22 people, and taking shared P&L responsibility with the Sales Manager.
- Program Office Manager: setting up this organisation intended to streamline handover from contract to delivery as well as centralizing & streamlining several operational processes. After several months of running at a unit level (100+ people) its ROI was deemed sufficient to elevate it to divisional level (350+ people).
- Bid Office Manager: responsible for the office that oversees all commercial proposals and contracts. Manage bid teams for larger RFP/RFI's, taking end to end responsibility for quality of delivered bids.
- Marketing Manager (current): management of a marketing department that is responsible for both all product marketing as well as corporate & employer branding.
