Tanya’s Tips are broadcast in the Central Virginia area Wednesdays at 12:05 and 5:05 p.m. on WCLM1450AM and Wednesdays and Thursdays on PRAISE 104.7FM.I write a monthly column for The Heart and Soul of of the City newspaper and my Question of the Week, published every Monday on TanyaFree.com, gives listeners and our web community an opportunity to express themselves on the hottest topics of today.
