The Master Scheduler has the primary responsibility for working with the Program / Project Manager to provide SME support and assurance that the Account PMO processes are consistently applied across projects and roles up to the program schedule. The project manager is responsible for creating, tracking, maintaining, and reporting the project schedule
HP is a global leader in products and solutions for all customer types and needs.; Led a diverse team of employees and customer team members to deliver a 24 Million dollar desktop and network refresh. The project consisted of the worldwide coordination and installation of 35,000 desktops, 275 servers and the update of two data centers to blade technology. The delivery teams were managed worldwide and used multiple vendors to deliver the end project. Provided all contract documents for vendor management and negotiations, creation of project documents identifying scope, project definition, lifecycle, PMO templates and presented weekly executive status updates. Project was delivered on time and under budget.
Worked with sales team on a sales pursuit for a large transportation client. Worked with account team members and pursuit team to provide an end to end hardware refresh solution for the customer. Worked on individual projects as needed for the account to ensure that steady state requests are managed to the customer’s satisfaction. Contract was award for 24 Million of February of 2009.
Managed 35 employees in the completion of desktop readiness tasks to ensure smooth deployments for a large transportation company. Completed all budget planning for the group, along with working with the account on program strategies and planning. Provided weekly and monthly forecasts for spending to budget as planned and metrics on planned vs. actual. Provided training for all employees in field delivery and steady state support.
For a major airline created and managed an asset database with all schedule planning activities for the Program; maintained milestone tracking for planned deployment while in the delivery life cycle; facilitated internal and customer deployment update calls; managed issue resolution for deployments to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction; provided program-level deployment statistics and tracking; performed adhoc reporting for executives and client meetings; interfaced with field engineers for daily statistics from the previous night’s deployments; provided the delivery lead for each site with all necessary components to complete a successful installation; worked with asset team to complete field engineer data for the next billing cycle; and assisted with personnel training in use of all tools for field engineers and delivery leads.
For a major airline, managed issues related to the deployment of 35,000 devices; facilitated internal and customer deployment update calls; managed asset database with all schedule planning activities for the Newton Program; and tracked milestones for planned deployments during the delivery life cycle.
Global service provider for reservation software development.; Managed a team of field resources for Sales Operations Support, managing all notebook devices for Sales personnel; maintained SLAs at 95 percent or greater; monitored Service Center queues to ensure work was being completed; created and tested all platform images for the Sales organization; managed all refresh activities around sales trips, completing 200-300 devices within a two-week timeframe. Managed three refreshes during this period, software, domestic and international activities.
Managed Sabre’s Reduction in Force and successfully recovered 90% of 600 devices in the first week with 100 percent completion within five weeks. This reduced previous activities by nine months. Provided estimates for customer planning for Service Requests.
Global transportation leader in airline travel.; Created software images for AA, US Airways and Sabre Inc.; completed notebook hardware certifications for each customer; tested software suite to ensure compatibility with hardware; provided technical work instructions for the field engineers; managed inventory of the Integration Lab with more than 500 PCs; and published the first software CD from diskettes for a more cost effective distribution method to Field Engineers.
