I started working in Human Resources working for agencies in SF for at a few places after some years of Retail Management My goal was to continue helping people and utilizing my strong "Customer Service" skills in a different field. A good friend turned me on to HR/Recruiting and felt that I would be successful.

In the end I have very strong experiences in supporting any company whether technical or non-technical reqs helping them to ramp up and fill their headcount.
