Tamara works with leaders to shape sustainability strategy, drive innovation and create long-term sustainable value for businesses and society. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.
Tamara is a Sustainability Strategist and Innovation leader with 13 years professional experience. She works with and advises corporate clients, start-ups, NGOs, consulting firms and agencies on the transition to sustainability, resilience and next evolution economics in the 21st Century. She is also a founding partner of Abundancy Partners, a newly formed strategic consultancy and Think-Do Tank, with John Grant and Jules Peck. Tamara is currently working with AEA Group – UK’s leading climate change policy and science consultancy, with now offices in the US.
Most recently Tamara was the Managing Director and Head of Strategy for OZOlab – the sustainable innovation group and business incubator. She established OZOlab with the two founding partners in 2007 and led strategy since its inception, shaping each new OZO venture. Here she also set-up and led the lab’s Sustainability Strategy consulting offer for corporate clients such as Ogilvy, Kraft and Unilever.
Tamara’s background combines 13 years professional experience in brand strategy and marketing, business strategy, (service) innovation and sustainability strategy – both as a consultant and an entrepreneur. She holds a Masters in Design, Strategy and Innovation and a Masters in Responsibility and Business Practice, both with Distinction.
She writes regularly for Treehugger.com, PSFK.com and Sustainablelifemedia.com, and speaks on sustainability and business practice. She was named one of the “35 Outstanding Businesswomen Under the Age of 35” by World Business Magazine and INSEAD in 2007. And is an adviser to Sustainable Brands International (SBi), OZOlab, Alldaybuffet/Feast Social Innovation and Wave Management Group.
