Susan Earl’s Summary

Except for six months as an entry level reference librarian, have supervised/managed projects, facilities, budget, staff, and services in a variety of public libraries from the municipal to the regional category. Have served as a children's specialist, teen specialist, outreach coordinator, different organizational liaison, volunteer coordinator, group branch manager (cluster head), and administrator.

Staff development is very important to me since it retains quality skilled employees and nurtures leaders in our field. Thus, I have participated in various library organizations that focus upon enhancing staff's skill sets.

Enjoy what I do now, but would like to be a Library Director one day.
