In the current media climate I think that it is important for brands and businesses to have an honest, genuine and personal relationship with their customers. Engagement is not just about dealing with a complaint it is about assisting and educating customers to help them build a relationship with the brand. Social media and mobile apps offer many opportunities for genuine customers engagement and I am interested in using different platforms to aid this engagement.
