* Saved commercial construction project: Office building project was troubled and was falling behind plan. Investigated the situation and identified the problems. Developed and implemented solutions turning around project. Completed project on-time and budget, averting $4M loses.

* Redesigned and engineered residential construction project: Brought in to save 24-unit townhouse project that became economically unfeasible. Reviewed and redesigned entire project, turning it into 48 units that were smaller and less expensive. Project sold out for $8M, $2.5M more than originally estimated.

Coordinated UL, CSA and VDE product approval processes.

Highlights:

* Invented and patented new product, increasing revenue $3M. Led team in design and development of new medical equipment. Combined product design to run both configuration of the dental scalar inserts and scalar inserts. Received patent for product and developed for market.

* Sourced cost effective materials, improving product pricing and marketability. New product was made of a costly, high tech engineering grade plastic. Located vendor in Taiwan that could make the molds and the product to specifications. Saved 50% on molds and 40% on parts.
