Developed an aggressive 5-year Strategic Growth Plan approved by Rupert Murdoch; all steps fulfilled ahead of schedule.
Changed the Division's culture to an open, unified and collaborative team.
Acted as spokesperson and passionate advocate for the industry, with participation in many industry functions and organizations, significantly improving visibility and perception of the Collins Division within the industry.
Negotiated and oversaw an exclusive publishing arrangement with the Wall Street Journal for repurposed and original content in book form.
Renegotiated more favorable terms for an existing publishing agreement with The Smithsonian Institute.

Reversed $12 million annual loss in 1996 to profit of $33 million for 2006.
