* the long lasting sales management and business development experience: market and/or account analysis, ad-hoc solution development, presentation and negotiation (even at board level), besides the set-up, management and motivation of a sales force staff (both direct and indirect)

By involving 25 Investors from the Confindustria network I launched this Tour Operator based in Latvia, specialized in travels and tours from the Baltic countries to Italy and other new destinations that are under development.
My main role is managing the company to ensure that the Investor will get the forecasted payback, by looking after personally the following tasks:

* Partnership development
* Sales management
* Product development & management
