Purchase cattle best suited to fulfill current orders at a competitive price according to current set bids. Cattle are purchased from auction barns, buying stations, and direct from producers. Cattle purchased include cows, bulls, and fed steers/heifers
Utilize skills as a Kaizen Leader to organize and implement team efforts in Continuous Improvement projects throughout the plant
Maintain a working knowledge of all plant operations. This includes continuous involvement throughout each department of Harvest, Processing, Grinding, Shipping, Rendering and Quality Assurance
