Working closely with the CEO and the other Managing Directors with the mission to lead the financial and admin activities of the Company:
-Reorganisation of the finance department and implementation of the Group standard processes (financial management, controlling and reporting) after the recent acquisition of the company (July 2008);
-Direct financial reporting (Ohada and IFRS GAAPs), financial statements and periodical budget/forecast preparations
-Management of project financing and capital raising to finance the development of the local GSM network and other services
-Implementation of adapted controls to ensure accuracy, transparency and reliability of the financial data
-Development of a strategy for finance activities, costs reduction program (OPEX) to face the economic crisis and cash flow management
-Improvement of the relationships with the shareholder and local authorities (tax, custom, regulator)
-Introduction of a good governance and an anti-fraud cultures within a difficult environment
-Responsible of 8 sub departments: Procurement, accounting, treasury, reporting, budget control, revenue assurance, administration, tax and cash collection
