At CCG we focus on providing strategic human resource management solutions, creating and producing skill development workshops and guest speaking for small businesses, corporations, educational and not for profit environments.
Our practice also includes a unique whole person approach to career coaching for all ages and life phases. By assisting people with discovering and defining their life and career paths we then assist with refining the skills needed so they may experience their vision of success.
Given the passion we have for Work Force Readiness many of our workshops and guest speaking engagements resonate strongly with audiences seeking transformation in their career. We also devote our volunteer activities to community based Work Force Readiness initiatives.

September 2002 — Present (7 years 3 months)
In 2002, The HR Department was formed to provide small to mid size businesses with affordable, flexible HR resources. We also produced skill development workshops and delivered educational programs. In response to client requests, we expanded to include strategic business planning, inclusive of branding and marketing, for small businesses. In 2007, the practice transformed into Curtis Consulting Group with a strong focus on creating and delivering a wide variety of skill development workshops as well as Human Resource related educational programs for colleges and universities.
In addition to career coaching, CCG offers guest speaking services and public workshops. Some of the most popular workshop topics include: presentation skills, career choices and management, business dining etiquette, networking, interviewing (for interviewers and interviewees!), performance management, success through collaboration, and creating successful internship programs.

Communications
Hawaii was a big leap from Massachusetts and in short time the West Coast became "home" for many years before returning East.
In between writing and delivering workshops, time is spent reading, ice skating or rejuvenating in yoga practice. The ideal way to relax . . . playing with my nieces and hearing their giggles! There's nothing better than the sound of laughter from children.
