I write, speak and advise on social media.
Since 2005, I have interviewed more than 400 people in 38 countries about how social media is changing their work and lives. I have posted most of them on my website.
These interviews have been resulted in two hardcover books: "Naked Conversations" and "Twitterville"; "The Conversational Corporation," a Dow Jones eBook, and variaus editorial contributions including BusinessWeek and FastCompany.
I am also an accomplished keynote speaker.
I'm a senior Fellow to the Society for New Communications Research.
I follow and tell the stories of people in social media.
