 Timely disbursement of rental, utility, fuel and vehicle related cheques etc. to external bodies in coordination with Finance based on KPI and Contract timeline.
4. Cleaning service management.
 Ensure proper service level of business partner auxiliary staff (cleaning service).
5. Tacking of Administrative bills.
 Ensure proper record keeping of all bills related to Admin and timely processing and submission to Finance.
 Generation of monthly analytical report.
 Resolution among the parties in terms of disputed invoices.
 Fuel Bill - 3 working days.
 Utility Bill - 3 days and priority basis.
 Vehicle rent, repair & maintenance - 3 working days.
 Safety & Security Bill - 3 working days.
