My role had two elements to it; The first was to identify the Business Continuity needs of new and exisiting clients. I then supported the project sponsors in setting up the communication channels, creating the committee groups and establishing the activities needed (with project/corporate milestones) to deliver the requirements.The second element of my role was by being a named consultant to deliver the activities needed across all the elements of the Business Continuity Management life-cycle. Our client portfolio was extensive and was grown to include organisations of all shapes and sizes including SMEs right through to Multi-National Blue Chip organisations. I established DisasterComUK to ensure that our customers continued to have the support benefits of our activities beyond this point.
