We have an 88% success rate of creating long-term friendships, a percentage significantly higher than the national average. Based on our direct service successes, we founded our Mentoring Institute in 1998, where we strive to improve the quality of youth service by disseminating information on safe and effective practices based on our proven model and the latest research in the mentoring field to the mentoring community through workshops, products, and an annual mentoring conference.
