Over the years I have had the advantage of working in environments that have given me a lot of experience.

I have had a broad and deep experience of working in the manufacturing industry, in the service industry, in various high-tech companies and in nonprofit organizations, and in a multinational environment.

Although I have had experience of consulting and coaching management teams in both good and bad times, In every job I’ve done I have delivered good results.

I work and think systemically and strategically and therefore I am effective at motivating and achieving change.

I care about people and teams evolving and I am good at helping them to grow.

While I am accustomed to working with complex companies every new time is still challenging and exciting for me as the first time.

Although I have a wide experience, I do not believe in experience, because every mission is different and unique, and we should know how to think and do as if we have never met such a mission.
