In 2006 I presented one of my publications, titled “Optimizing Human Capital Investments for Superior Shareholder Returns”, at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) Labor Economics forum. This paper develops core methodology for predictive analytic methods supporting human capital decisions and presents research findings. Previously a guest lecturer at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management executive program course in Value Based Management.
