Previously with Hewitt's corporate finance group, leading the firm's internal shareholder value initiative post IPO.
In addition to corporate and consulting roles, I am involved with business research and academic collaboration. In 2006 I presented one of my publications, titled “Optimizing Human Capital Investments for Superior Shareholder Returns”, at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) Labor Economics forum. This paper develops core methodology for predictive analytic methods supporting human capital decisions and presents research findings. Previously a guest lecturer at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management executive program course in Value Based Management.
